Our team of more than 20 people demonstrates our capabilities not only with simple orders but also with highly complex projects. Our customers can always rely on us to find tailor-made solutions for them and to realise them professionally and on time at a high level of quality. We advise and support them from the planning stage through to delivery of the finished parts.

Innovation and tradition
Our company, based in Bergisch Gladbach, combines innovative technologies with the tradition of a long-established crafts business. We are an efficient, medium-sized company that always keeps up with the times in order to fulfil current requirements or even be one step ahead of them.
Since Peter Büscher Sr. founded the company in 1935, we have continued to develop. Milestones during this time have included the relocation of the company to its current location at the end of the 1950s and the expansion of the company in 1983. A lot has also happened in terms of technology in the almost 90 years of our existence, so that our modern machinery today has a high degree of automation. This includes the acquisition of a fully automatic electric servo punching machine in 2017. But despite the advent of digitalisation, we have remained committed to offering punching and cutting work based on analogue patterns as well.
Confirmed quality
Our aim is to supply our customers with flawless products. This is why the around 50,000 parts that our qualified employees produce every day are subject to continuous quality controls in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. We also take into account other industry-specific standards, such as those that apply to medical products or products for the automotive sector. We are currently preparing for certification of our company in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485, the quality management system for the medical device industry.
